Refund & cancellation policy

VN codes are digital products delivered instantly, so a purchase cannot be cancelled once the code is shown.

Refunds

We refund in full if the VN code does not open in the latest version of VN and we cannot fix it, if you were charged twice, or if the code was not delivered. Write to the email on our Contact page within 7 days of the purchase with your payment ID. Approved refunds go back to the original payment method through Razorpay within 5–7 working days.
